Crossprint Limited is an established colour litho printer based on the Isle of Wight serving Hampshire and the south coast of England, as well as printing for customers throughout the UK.

Crossprint is part of the Isle of Wight County Press Group Limited. Group strength has recently allowed the company to invest heavily in the latest press technology and printing systems. As part of a three-phase £1.1 million investment programme, Crossprint Design and Print has moved to new purpose-built offices on the Isle of Wight, providing 7,000 sq ft of industrial space.

The first phase has seen the company invest in a complete Fujifilm Graphic Systems workflow and computer to plate system (CTP). We were already using CTP technology on our DPX platesetter but upgrading our presses has enabled a slicker, more efficient pre press operation and has produced higher-quality results.

The second stage saw the introduction of new high-speed, high-tech B3 two-colour Ryobi printing press and a five-colour B2 Ryobi printing press with infra-red drying. The company is in the process of investing in its finishing department.

Crossprint produces short run magazines, company brochures, corporate literature and leaflet work and employs 20 people.
